These interactive workshops are not only educational sessions, but also a chance for attendees to get up and play with other musicians!  This is a great way to meet other players in your areas, learn a lot about your individual instrument and get honest and constructive feedback. 

Sunset Records recording artist Christopher Maloney is an energetic and highly skilled instructor, as well as a busy session player in Hollywood. He has recorded/performed with Dweezil Zappa, Lisa Loeb, Blues Saraceno, Virgil Donati, Lao Tizer, Chieli Minucci (Special EFX), Neal Schon (Journey), Jeff Kollman and members of Earth, Wind, and Fire and INXS. Christopher has toured throughout Europe, Asia, North, Central and South America and the Caribbean, and his talents have landed him endorsements with Linc Luthier basses, SWR amps and Dean Markley strings. He has a Bachelors Degree in Music from Oswego State University and a Vocational Honors Certificate from the Musicians Institute in Hollywood, CA (where he won the Outstanding Student of the Year award). In addition to his touring and recording schedule, Christopher is also instructs at the Musicians Institute specializing in band workshops, songwriting, soloing and groove playing.

Tickets for the workshops are $20 advanced or $25 at the door.
