ABSOLUTE MUSIC STUDIOS CELEBRATES ONE YEAR!! Time sure flies by, but Absolute Music Studios, Maloney's state-of-the-art music lesson facility in Jupiter, Florida, has celebrated it's one-year anniversary. Christopher and Co-Director Kristina Balobeck took the occasion to make a quick trip to Washington D.C. to meet with Florida Senator Bill Nelson and sit in on the Senate Debate concerning the "Small Business" bill. AUTHOR!! AUTHOR!! Christopher has just completed his first music instruction book entitled Progressive Rock Bass,published by Hal Leonard Publishing (the world's largest music instruction publisher). Cosmosquad recorded all the musical examples for the book/CD combo! This is a great book for beginners and intermediate players, as it takes you through important scales to learn, various techniques (i.e. pick playing, slap, playing chords, etc.), understanding and playing odd meter, and much more cool stuff. NEW RECORDING WORK Christopher has performed on two recently released CDs. He recorded the song Universal Superstar on the self-titled release from TERABITE, featuring drum monsters Thomas Lang and Nick D'Virgilio (Spock's Beard, Tears For Fears). The band is a vocal progressive rock band, and there are some great songs on the CD. As of now you can only get the record on iTunes. Check it out.

Christopher also handled all the bass duties on Jami Lula's new CD, There's A Healin' Goin On. This music is more acoustic based with a soulful flavor. You can preview some songs at Jami's Website.

OVERDUE WEBSITE UPDATES!! The CM.com team have been inspired to make MASSIVE UPDATES, including tons of new pictures and an overdue update on Christopher's discography (which needs at least a dozen new CDs added). Keep checking in, as we'll be making these updates very soon!

Lights...Camera...SQUAD! Christopher's instrumental band, Cosmosquad's first ever live DVD "Lights...Camera...Squad!" is now available to order from the Cosmosquad website. Filmed in High Definition on their home turf of Hollywood, California, the band plays a bone-crushing set of original music. You can preview the DVD by clicking HERE!.
